Horrible. Our daughter (in Michigan) sent two dozen roses to her mother (North Carolina) the Thursday before Mother's Day. When they arrived, they were mediocre (at best) and dead (despite best efforts) in two days. After calling on 05/14 and 05/15 to attempt to resolve the issue - after being told two separate delivery dates, by the same person for both calls, who was already difficult to understand (barely had mastery of English) - there is no way on God's green Earth that we can recommend, in any way shape or form, the services of this corporation. They feigned both times (the second time we had to press her for a confirmation number) to rectify the situation, most probably in an effort to make us go away.
